Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied and trustful at Bansiwala Ayurveda. In case you are not quite happy with what you have purchased, you can rely on us.
Returns:
Our returns will only accept the items that are damaged, faulty, or misdelivered. To qualify for a refund:
You should inform us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
The product has to be new, not opened, and not used.
Besides that, documents proving their purchase and a clear picture of the problem have to be submitted.
If a customer returns a damaged product, our team will inspect and verify the return within 2-3 days. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds:
As soon as your return is accepted and checked, we will inform you.Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 2–3 business days.We’ll process the refund within 4-5 working days. And it will be creadited with original payment method within 4-5 working days.

Send us an email containing your order ID and the details of your issue at bansiwala@gmail.com and a picture (where possible). We shall take you through the process.
